To produce high standard wines, apart from following the most advanced production methods in the vineyards, the winery must be suitable to the production and storage of wine and provided with the most appropriate wine-making equipment which is why the winery is among the best equipped and modern wineries of the Piave land.

The grapes grown in the owned vineyards are harvested when ripe, and then crushed as soon as they enter the cellar. Later they undergo a soft pressing and the must continues with a temperature-controlled fermentation in order to preserve the most of the colors, aromas and varietal aromas.

Subsequently, wine aging takes place fully respecting tradition and using modern technology. According to its organoleptic features and to the result to be obtained, wine rests in stainless steel tanks or oaks barrels.
