The wine cellar is equipped with the best technology to transform grapes into wine in order to always obtain high-quality standards and to directly manage the whole process, from the vineyard management to the bottling of the Prosecco sparkling wine, ensuring an accurate control of the entire process as well as the marketing of a high-quality and safe product that can compete successfully at an international level.

The company works according to traditions, in compliance with the guidelines of the Consortium for the safeguarding of Prosecco wine and European regulations.

Using the Charmat method to produce sparkling wines, the company has chosen to produce young and fragrant sparkling wines preserving the varietal characteristics and enhancing the aromatic features.
